About Northern Territory
When visiting Northern Territory you are either in the Top End with its rainforests or in the Red Centre with its arid plains and rocky outcrops. The Northern Territory is a place of extremes from the lush woodlands, rainforests and waterfalls found at the 'top end' to the gigantic outcrops and arid desert plains of 'the Centre'. The NT is truly an outback experience, with its deserts, National Parks, ranges, gorges and rivers and national icon Ulluru (Ayers Rock). A mecca of Aboriginal Culture is found all over the Territory. A must do is the Katherine Gorge, explore the historical gold mining town of Tennant Creek. Visit Alice Springs and be a guest at one of our Paragon Motels, the town situated at the geographical centre of Australia.
